第一種說法 : 轉述語氣請用過去式, WOULD / COULD/ SHOULD /MIGHT 或 WAS / WERE
第二種說法 : 請於條列式(Listening 1). (Reason 1)/ (Listening 2). (Reason 2)採用過去式
除非說描述的為眾所皆知的事實 ~ 才可用現在式 

(3) First, he / she mentions that (Listening 1). (Reason 1)
MENTIONED 也可採用過去式轉述語氣 ~ 自聽力中得知

(4) Second, he / she points out that (Listening 2). (Reason 2)
POINTED也可採用過去式轉述語氣 ~ 自聽力中得知

As a result, for these two reasons, the man / woman (in this conversation) totally agrees /disagrees with this new announcement.
下結論也可採用過去式轉述語氣 ~ 自聽力中得知
除非很有把握否則一般最好採轉轉述語氣較易得分
